Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
Rental terms may extend up to 28 consecutive days. After 28 days, the agreement must be renewed.

Yes! We offer the following promotions:
Rent 6 days and get the 7th day free
Rent for 28 days and receive 25% off (prepaid rentals only)
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. The amount will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Minimum rental: 3 days
Maximum rental per term: 28 days (renewal required thereafter)
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
Applicable taxes and fees are added to the final invoice:

$2 Florida Surcharge per day (applies up to 30 days)

How many miles are included with the rental?
All rentals include 150 miles per day.

Our office hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees for each?
We offer free delivery for rentals of one week or longer.
Vehicle pick-up is available at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-ups: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Returns: 24/7 with proper advance notice
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
After-hours returns are permitted with proper notification.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
Pre-Paid Fuel Option: $55
Refueling Fee: $25 + cost of fuel
Late Fee: $25 per day (in addition to daily rental rate)
Retrieval Fee: $100 + reasonable recovery costs
Do you offer additional equipment or services? Are there any related fees?
Yes. Child safety seats are available.
Child Seat Fee: $19 per day
What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
Rentals include unlimited mileage.
If a mileage restriction applies under a special agreement, excess mileage is charged at $0.30 per mile.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
Additional drivers are permitted for $6 per day, provided they meet rental qualifications.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited.
A $500 cleaning and decontamination fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes. Toll usage incurs:
$15 service fee per day used, plus
The actual cost of tolls
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
A $75 cleaning fee may be applied if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty inside or out and requires additional detailing.
